TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SAMPLE SETS

1. Purpose of Sample Sets

   Spectrum Mirror sample sets are sold exclusively for professional design and specification purposes. They are intended for inclusion in a designer’s, architect’s, or studio’s material library to support client presentations, concept development, and material selection.

2. Restriction on Resale and Installation

   All sample sets, whether sold or supplied free of charge, are provided under a limited license for reference use only.

   Samples may not be resold, installed, gifted, or displayed as part of a commercial or private interior, architectural, or artistic installation. Use of sample pieces in any realised project or client environment constitutes an unauthorised commercial use of the Spectrum Mirror product.

3. Pricing and Product Integrity

   Sample set pricing reflects a trade concession and does not correspond to the standard retail or project pricing structure. Installing or reselling samples undermines global pricing parity and contractual agreements with Spectrum Mirror’s agents, distributors, and partners.

4. Intellectual Property and Design Rights

   The design, process, and finish of all Spectrum Mirror products, including sample pieces, remain the intellectual property of Spectrum Mirror. Purchase of a sample set does not transfer or imply any ownership of design rights, reproduction rights, or production methods.

5. Breach of Terms

   Spectrum Mirror reserves the right to withdraw trade privileges, cancel orders, or pursue recovery of full retail or per-square-metre value in cases where sample sets are used or represented in violation of these terms.
